How trading with Elevate works
Trade accounts
Elevate Wholesale supplies registered Australian businesses only. Accounts require a valid ABN. If the ABN matches the Australian Business Register (active, and the business name or state matches), the account is approved on the spot; otherwise our team reviews it, usually within 1 business day.
Pricing
Prices shown to approved accounts are wholesale prices excluding GST. GST is added at checkout where applicable. Any discount agreed for your account is applied automatically. RRPs are recommendations and include GST.
Minimum orders
There is no minimum order.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide from our Carrum Downs warehouse in Victoria. Delivery costs show once your trade account is approved.
Payment
Each account is set up either to prepay or to pay on account. Prepay accounts pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when they order. Accounts with approved credit terms order on account and pay our invoice within their agreed terms and credit limit. We don't charge card surcharges.
Returns, damaged and missing items
Email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll replace the item, credit your account or refund you. We also accept returns of wrong products supplied and of short-dated stock, provided you contact us within 48 hours of delivery; return shipping is at your expense. We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Goods are our responsibility in transit until they're delivered to you. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
