How trading with Elevate works
Trade accounts
Elevate Wholesale supplies registered Australian businesses only. Accounts require a valid ABN and are approved by our team, usually within 1–2 business days.
Pricing
Prices shown to approved accounts are wholesale prices excluding GST. GST is added at checkout where applicable. Tier discounts (Silver, Gold, Platinum) apply automatically to eligible accounts. RRPs are recommendations and include GST.
Minimum orders
Minimum order values (ex GST) depend on your tier: Standard and Silver $200, Gold $150, Platinum $100.
Delivery
We deliver within Australia only, from our Carrum Downs warehouse. Metro Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula orders are free from $500 ($300 without bulk items). Teelixir-only orders ship free from $150 in metro Melbourne and $250 Australia-wide. Other orders are charged Australia Post eParcel rates, calculated at checkout.
Payment
Each account is set up either to prepay or to pay on account. Prepay accounts pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when they order. Accounts with approved credit terms order on account and pay our invoice within their agreed terms and credit limit. We don't charge card surcharges.
