The whole grain is milled and only half the bran is sieved off, giving a textured light-brown flour with a fuller flavour than plain flour. It is ACO certified and listed as vegan suitable, kosher and halal, and it contains gluten. Kialla has milled organic grain on the Darling Downs since 1988.
